As you probably noticed, I already started using this feature a long time ago. The capability to attach photos to my posts directly from my iPhone has awakened the cam whore in me(but I still have much to learn master)
They say a picture is worth a hundred words. Then let me end my series with this image.
There isn’t a good RSS reader on the app store or on the phone and for a guy like me who can never get enough feeds it sucks.
There is a workaround with google reader and safari… But i’m hoping for one that would pull your feeds off the net and allow you to read them offline.
Yes the iPhone is capable of crashing. But why is this in the iLike? Cause it crashes intelligently!
In all the cases so far, when the iPhone fails to handle a program, it will crash, however it is only the application that stops working and it throws you back to the main page. Why is this good? It doesn’t stop your entire phone and you can just reatart the program.
Most of the time my phone crashed because I attempted to press too many buttons/did too manythings at once. Especially on blogger.com. So just a little warning, try to find apps that are designed well and don’t use blogger to post with safari.
Looking for blogger app.
The iPhone is slightly rounded on the back and the sides, which is annoying when you type whilst on a table.
It might seem minor, but it was annoying enough that I noticed it almost once I started using it. Haha.. That was back when I was still not so used to typing with my thumbs and wanted to use my fingers instead.
Some thing you guys might not know is that the iPhone uses safari as a wen browser, which means you get the full web experiance as if you are on a normal computer!
Well… Almost… For some reason apple has deemed flash and java script unsafe for the iPhone and didn’t include/locked the functionality in the browser. I guess there might be ways to bypass this and I’ll try and do a little research when time permits. But apart from that, the web experiance for me has been unfinitely less painful thani expected it to be. Thumbs up for a well carried out web browser on a phone
Check out the screen shot below.
I actually typed out a pretty long post about this but accidently cleared it. And well… You know how that feels.
The cam is a little hard to snap photos because of the awkward weight distribution of the iPhone. You can’t really hold the phone in 1 hand, keep it stable and remember where the shutter Button is(for those self cam whores out there).
But it’s still alright if you keep both hands on the phone.
Continuing on the subject of the camera, it’s a 2 mega pixel cam, which is not spetecular with 8mega pixel camera phones out there
