Just breathe
Cause you can’t jump the track, we’re like cars on a cable
And life’s like an hourglass, glued to the table
There are so many things I did wrong in my life. But I’d give everything just to change one moment.

TechShop - San Fran Bay Area. This place is geek heaven… It describes itself as a Gym for Geeks…. Basically what it is is a workshop with every single cool cutting edge engineering tool available to the industries and it’s open to the public for a membership fee of $100 a month.. And when I say cutting edge, I mean CUTTING EDGE. From 3D printers that literally print out fully functional machine parts(Gears and stuff, not sure what materials though), to laser cutting tools that take a print job and etches ur design into metal, glass or even ur fingernail(Not advisable)
check out this episode of Systm - Build yourself a ‘Segway’(Episode 67) to get a video tour of the workshop.. it completely blew me away…
Complete Geek out inc….
Strangely, it was something completely unrelated that siezed my heart and crushed it.
since you’ve been gone…
Please come back home…. or at least say hi or something…
Well now… The message at Hope is about work being frustrating or fulfilling.
Of Thorns and thistles, by the sweat of your brow.
I have found myself surrounded by many thorns and thistles and many a time I have retreated from the pricks. But now I truly believe is time to whip out my machete and clear this land to sow some seeds.
so yeah.. here are some disjointed messages I took away with me. I’m a little lazy to eloborate right now but I’ll do it later I guess…
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart. Thrive and not just survive.
Are your choices to give up oppurtubities guided by God? Doing your best doesn’t always put you in position to inspire and carry out the will of God. It distracts from the real aim when you have too many responsibilities. It’s not what you do, but why you do it and how you do it…
The glory of God. Foci.
So you need a reason to work? Colossians 3. Luke 16. Are you trustworthy?
I forgot what I wanted to say during prayer. Lol. Oh, it was like mud washing off of my soul
should past relationships affect what you do?
what if you and the sister of your ex got closer and it all happened by chance.
what if you fell in love with your best friends wife/girlfriend.
what if your friend’s ex confides in you and eventually you fall in love.
what then? do you do the honorable(is it even so?) thing and turn away?
follow your heart?
… or let it ache and wonder what if.
“you, are born in the wrong century my friend”
so damn true.
Note this is all fictional! A conversation made me think along these lines and wonder honestly if faced with such a dilemma… What would you do?
shielding his eyes against the unfamiliar glare of the mid day sun, he shuffles forward on feet that were weary not from walking, but from disuse. Eyes, darting about not out of wonder but out of fear. Hands trembling uncontrollably with trepidation.
are you ready to start anew my child?

How to be outstanding - ThinkSimpleNow
I knew better. I knew that I wasn’t average. I knew that my best was excellent. I pulled long hours, worked on weekends, was addicted to caffeine, and within a few month, I developed an immune system disorder called Psoriasis Rosea from stress. It was the drive to be outstanding, in a position that wasn’t fit for me or my interests which brought me to this low point.
I found this article to be very appropriate to how I feel now. I want to do something that I am outstanding at and jumping across this chasm will be the 1st step in that direction.
